Other Actions Affecting Shares. In case at any time or from time to time the Company shall take any action in respect of its Shares, other than any action specifically described in this Section 8, unless such action will not have a material adverse effect upon the rights of the Holder (including the value of the Warrants), then the number of Warrant Shares receivable upon exercise of this Warrant, and the Exercise Price thereof, will be adjusted in such manner as may be equitable in the circumstances.
