Common use of Other Accounts Clause in Contracts

The Corporation understands that you and other persons with whom you contract to provide the services hereunder may from time to time act as investment adviser to one or more other investment companies and fiduciary or other managed accounts, and the Corporation has no objection to your or their so acting.
