Common use of Other Access Clause in Contracts

Other Access. Voyageur may, upon reasonable notice (target 48 hours), make such inspections, tests, installations and adjustments as it deems necessary for the operation of the Customer or Voyageur’s core network, network equipment or connecting facilities. The Customer agrees to make available to Voyageur, without charge, such facilities and equipment (including by providing access to the Customer premises) as are reasonably necessary in the circumstances. The Customer must comply with its obligations in this section in order to retain any remedial rights or credits to which it may be entitled under the SLA.
