Original Signed. ▇▇▇▇▇ Senior Manager, Employee Relations Revised Date: May 26, 2010 ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Union Representative The Employer will make every reasonable effort to ensure that any complaint other than those which alleges criminal behaviour, from a person other than an employee, of a nature which could result in suspension, dismissal, demotion or legal action against the employee concerned, shall be made in writing to the Employer and shall be signed by the complainant setting forth the grounds for the complaint. In instances where such a complaint is received, the employee concerned shall receive a copy of the complaint except that identifying information may be withheld to protect the privacy of the complainant. Employees who are identified under the corporate Code of Conduct Alert Line will be advised of any allegations made against them if an investigation is initiated, provided the allegations are not of a criminal nature.
