This may include alteration of certain provisions of the Collective Agreement. A Joint Union/Management committee will be convened to review staffing requirements and working conditions that will improve the Employer’s competitive position. The Joint committee will consist of up to 3 representatives from each Party. Any alterations of the provisions of the Collective Agreement must be unanimously recommended by the Joint Committee, in the form of a Letter of Agreement, and approved by both the Union and the Employer.
