Common use of Original Material Clause in Contracts

Original Material. The Executive agrees that any inventions, discoveries, improvements, ideas, concepts or original works of authorship relating directly to the Company Business, including without limitation computer systems, programs and manufacturing techniques, whether or not protectable by patent or copyright, that have been originated, developed or reduced to practice by the Executive alone or jointly with others during the Executive's employment with the Company shall be the property of and belong exclusively to the Company. The Executive shall promptly and fully disclose to the Company the origination or development by the Executive of any such material and shall provide the Company with any information that it may reasonably request about such material.
