Original Art. Artist warrants that the design or Artwork being commissioned is the original product of Artist’s own creative efforts, and, unless otherwise expressly stated herein, the Artwork is original and is a single edition.

Original Art. Artist warrants and represents to CCGJ that the design and Artwork being commissioned is the original product solely of Artist’s own creative efforts, is original and not copied from any other work, and the Artwork exists only in a single edition.
Original Art. All art must e original and if Artist violates copyright laws the Artist assumes all legal ramifications and the gallery will not be held responsible in any way. Artist are advised to identify art object as original, one-of-a-kind or a limited edition.
Original Art. Original art remains the property of the Artist unless expressed otherwise in the Agreement. Client is responsible for return of original art in undamaged condition within 30 days of first reproduction. Client shall also return all copies of the art, and permanently delete all digital copies thereof, within 30 days after expiration of Client’s usage rights.
