Oregon Statute. 16 Pursuant to current Oregon statute, at the request of the Nurse, the 17 District shall provide reasonable opportunity for the Nurse to inspect the 18 Nurse’s personnel records which are used or have been used to 19 determine the Nurse’s qualifications for employment, promotion, additional 20 compensation or employment termination or other disciplinary action.
