Ore Processing. All determinations with respect to: (a) whether ore from the Claims will be beneficiated, processed or milled by Payor or sold in a raw state; (b) the methods of beneficiating, processing or milling any such ore; (c) the constituents to be recovered therefrom, and (d) the purchasers to whom any ore, minerals or mineral substances derived from the Claims may be sold, shall be made by Payor in its sole and absolute discretion.
