Common use of Ordinarily Clause in Contracts

Ordinarily. an employee is expected to continue to perform her duties until her physician certifies that she is physically incapable of performing her duties. If the employee wishes to cease performing her duties at an earlier date, she may request a personal leave without pay pursuant to Section 5 of this Article to be effective immediately prior to the pregnancy leave.
