ORDERS AND DIRECTIVES. Employees shall normally only receive and accept orders, directives, etc., issued by their immediate supervisor or an accredited representative of the Employer above the rank of Plant Supervisor whose duties place directly in charge of the employees concerned. On all legal teaching days and on such other occasions as all or part of the building may be used by pupils, employees shall receive and carry out orders and directives in accordance with Plant procedures as may be issued by the Principal of the school, or in absence, the Vice- Principal or acting Principal.
