ORDERS AND CONTRACTS. 3.1 Sonardyne may assign an order number to each delivery of the Products and shall notify such order numbers to the Customer together with the estimated date by which the Products will be ready for Delivery. Each party shall use the relevant order number in all subsequent correspondence relating to the Products.
