Ordering Processes & Provisioning Intervals. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Article, the ordering processes and standard provisioning intervals applicable to UNEs made available pursuant to this Article shall be as set forth in the CenturyLink Standard Practices. Standard provisioning intervals shall be substantially the same as the intervals under which CenturyLink provisions the same Network Elements to itself. 78.4.1. CLEC submits to CenturyLink UNE orders that are more than twenty percent (20%) in excess of **CLEC’s forecasted needs, CenturyLink’s standard provisioning intervals shall not apply to any UNE orders in excess of those forecasted by **CLEC.
