Ordering – Line Splitting. 3.9.1 Quality Telephone shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation CFA for use with Line Splitting. 3.9.2 BellSouth shall provide Quality Telephone the LSR format to be used when ordering Line Splitting service. 3.9.3 BellSouth will provision Line Splitting service in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. 3.9.4 BellSouth will provide Quality Telephone access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall ▇▇▇▇ and Quality Telephone shall pay the rates for such services as described in Exhibit A. 3.9.5 BellSouth will provide Loop modification to Quality Telephone on an existing Loop in accordance with procedures developed in the Line Sharing Collaborative. High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Unbundled Loop Modification is a separate distinct service from Unbundled Loop Modification set forth in Section 2.5 of this Attachment.
