The "Ordering Activity Responsibilities" clause defines the duties and obligations of the party placing orders under a contract. ORDERING ACTIVITY RESPONSIBILITIES. 9.1. Ordering Activity is responsible for all activities that occur in, or are related to, User accounts including the data, information stored or transmitted when accessing SaaS.
9.2. Because Ordering Activity may integrate or utilize third party links to other software, hardware or other service which are associated with, or otherwise available through SaaS, Ordering Activity agrees that it and its Users shall use such third party links in their sole discretion. CA shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to such third party links used by Ordering Activity’s or Users' or for any act or omission of any such third party provider.
9.3. Ordering Activity shall not: (i) make SaaS available to any third party not authorized, other than to Users or as otherwise contemplated by this Agreement; (ii) send or store code that can harm or result in damage to the SaaS offering (including but not limited to malicious code and malware); (iii) wilfully interfere with or disrupt the integrity of SaaS or the data contained therein; (iv) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the SaaS or its related system or networks; (v) use SaaS to provide services to external end users and or to process data other than Ordering Activity’s as an outsourcer, service bureau or consultant without written permission provided by CA.
ORDERING ACTIVITY RESPONSIBILITIES. Ordering Activity shall provide commercially reasonable cooperation and full information to Hortonworks with respect to Hortonworks’ furnishing of Support Services. Ordering Activity is required to assist Hortonworks technical support staff until problem resolution. Required Ordering Activity activities may include logging into Ordering Activity’s systems for diagnosis of problems, downloading and installation of software patches, retrieval and transfer of system logs/files, re-installation of existing product and participation in tests for fixes.
ORDERING ACTIVITY RESPONSIBILITIES. As a condition to receiving any support services described herein, Ordering Activity shall comply with any applicable policies of 3DR for the purpose of establishing each Authorized User’s use of the Site Scan Properties and registering any applicable Data Capture Products. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) providing 3DR with such information as may be necessary for 3DR to set up Authorized User accounts and (b) designating Authorized Users to participate in applicable trainings.
