Common use of Order Priority Clause in Contracts

Order Priority. The Client acknowledges that all Orders submitted by it through the DMA Service are, subject to any Filters, entered on a Trading Platform in the sequence in which they are received, and otherwise as expeditiously as practicable, and this may result in Openmarkets’ principal orders being satisfied ahead of an Order.
