Common use of Order Form Term Clause in Contracts

Order Form Term. Unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in an Order Form, the Order Form Term in respect of each Order Form (being the period during which the relevant Order Form is live) shall commence on the relevant Order Form Effective Date, and subject to any earlier termination of the Agreement and/or the relevant Order Form, continue for a 12 month period and thereafter shall automatically renew on an annual basis (each an “Order Form Year”), subject to the Customer’s continued payment of the relevant Charges, unless and until: 2.2.1 it is terminated by either party giving not less than three
