Common use of Order Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Order Acceptance. Seller shall provide Buyer with a written or electronic notice of acceptance or rejection of a purchase order no later than seven (7) days after receipt of the order. If Buyer fails to receive such notice within seven (7) days, the purchase order shall be deemed to have been accepted by Seller. Any rejection shall include the reasons for rejection. Seller may reject a purchase order only if it fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
