The Option is not intended to qualify for specific tax and social security treatment applicable to stock options granted under Section L.225-177 to L.000-000-0 of the French Commercial Code, as amended. By accepting the Option, the Participant confirms having read and understood the Plan and the Award Agreement, including all terms and conditions included therein, which were provided in the English language.
