Optionee Service. Nothing in this Option shall limit the right of TCF Financial or any of its affiliates to terminate the Optionee’s service as a director, officer, or employee, or otherwise impose upon TCF Financial or any of its affiliates any obligation to employ or accept the services of the Optionee.
