Optional Work. A. There will be four (4) days of optional professional learning provided as designated by the school calendar. These days will be paid at the individual’s per diem rate.
Optional Work. Company will be required to provide quotations on a case-by-case basis for optional related work such as, but not limited to, removal and/or reinstallation of Playground & Fitness Equipment, timbers, and fencing as may be required to provide a full turnkey solution to Participating Public Agencies.
Optional Work. The Additional Interfaces are and shall become components of the System Software.
Optional Work. The Additional Products are and shall become components of the System Software.
Optional Work. The Custom Programming is and shall become a component of the System Software.
Optional Work. The Software Modifications are and shall become components of the System Software.
Optional Work. Upon County's request and mutual agreement, Contractor shall provide Optional Work, including Professional Services, Software Modifications, Additional Products and/or T&M Consulting Services, in accordance with Paragraph 17.2 (Optional Work) at the applicable pricing terms set forth in Exhibit C (Price and Schedule of Payments), by executing a Change Order or an Amendment pursuant to Paragraph 6.0 (Change Notices, Change Orders and Amendments). Upon completion by Contractor, and approval and payment by County in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the amount of the remaining Pool Dollars will be reduced accordingly.

County may from time to time, during the term of the Agreement, submit to Contractor written requests for Optional Work relating to the Licensed Products or Licensed Services, including any type of Digital Aerial Data, as further provided in Paragraph 5.2 (Optional Work) of the Base Agreement and the corresponding Tasks and Deliverables in each of Exhibits A.1 through A.4 of this Exhibit A.
Optional Work. The Optional Work set forth in Schedule A (Scope of Work) shall only be performed upon the notice thereof if exercised by Canadian Natural by delivery of a written notice in accordance with the requirements of Schedule A (Scope of Work) and issuance of a corresponding Change Order.
