Common use of Optional Services Clause in Contracts

Optional Services. The cardholder may subscribe to optional services or benefits supplied by independent service providers. Desjardins is not liable for services or benefits that it does not directly provide. In the event of a dispute, the cardholder must address the matter directly with the supplier of such services or benefits. All terms and conditions pursuant to an optional service are specified in a separate agreement and shall not form a part of this Agreement even where Desjardins collects an amount for such optional service.
