Optional Purchase of Certain Mortgage Loans. (a) With respect to any Mortgage Loan which is delinquent in payment by 90 days or more or is an REO Property, the Certificateholder shall have the right to purchase such Mortgage Loan from the Trust Estate at a price equal to the Repurchase Price.
