Optional Extras. 6.2.1 The Owner shall be entitled at its own expense, in addition to the Contract Sum, to request that the Property be completed with Optional Extras. 6.2.2 The Owner will not be entitled to any omissions or to downgrade the quality of the finishes recorded in the Specification and Schedule of Finishes. 6.2.3 Should the Owner fail to select any Optional Extras on the Signature Date and fail to do so within 7 (seven) days from being requested to do so by the Builder and make payment in cash to the Builder of the amount required for the extras and send proof of payment of such additional amount to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the Builder’s invoice, then the Works shall be completed in accordance with the Unit Floor Plan and Schedule of Finishes and the Owner shall be obliged to take occupation thereof in terms of the provisions of this Agreement. In the event of there being more than 1 (one) Owner, the signature of either of the Owners shall be binding on all the Owners in respect of any Optional Extras.
