This Optional Early Termination Notice relates to the Confirmation Re: Prepaid Share Forward Transaction, dated as of May 29, 2026 (the “Confirmation”), between Counterparty and Seller, as amended and supplemented from time to time. All provisions contained in the Confirmation govern this Optional Early Termination Notice except as expressly modified below.
