Common use of Optional Early Repayment Clause in Contracts

Optional Early Repayment. The Noteholder may require the whole or any part (being an amount or whole multiple of (pound)1) of the indebtedness outstanding in this Loan Note to be redeemed by the Company at par with accrued interest (subject to deduction of tax) on any date on or after the 1st day of June 1999 by the Noteholder giving not less than 7 days' notice to the Company.

Optional Early Repayment. The Noteholder may require the whole or any part (being an amount or whole multiple of (pound)1) of the indebtedness outstanding in this Loan Note to be redeemed by the Company at par with accrued interest (subject to deduction of tax) on any date on or after the 1st day expiry of June 1999 eight months from the date of issue by the Noteholder giving not less than 7 28 days' notice to the Company.
