Option to Purchase Interest in Event of Death of a Limited Partner. Upon the death of a Limited Partner (other than a holder of Preferred Units or Warrant Units, as such), the personal representative of the deceased Limited Partner shall give notice of the death to the General Partner. The notice shall include the personal representative's name and address for correspondence.
