Option to Move Addendum Clause Samples
The "Option to Move Addendum" clause grants one or both parties the right to relocate or transfer an addendum attached to the main agreement. In practice, this means that if circumstances change—such as a change in property location or a shift in contractual obligations—the addendum can be moved to another relevant section or document with mutual consent or under specified conditions. This clause ensures flexibility in contract management, allowing the agreement to adapt to evolving needs without requiring a complete renegotiation, thereby maintaining clarity and continuity in the contractual relationship.
