Option to Make Lease Superior. Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 18.1, in the event Encumbrance Holder at any time elects to have this Lease constitute a prior and superior lien to its Encumbrance, then, and in such event, upon Landlord or any such Encumbrance Holder notifying Tenant to that effect in writing, this Lease will be deemed prior and superior in lien to such Encumbrance, whether this Lease is dated prior to or subsequent to the date of such Encumbrance, and Tenant will execute such attornment agreement as may be reasonably requested by such Encumbrance Holder.
