Common use of Option Subject to the Plan Clause in Contracts

Option Subject to the Plan. This Option is subject to the provisions of the Option Plan and shall be interpreted in accordance therewith, and in a manner consistent therewith. The Holder acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Option Plan. The Holder agrees that the Committee shall have right to resolve all questions which may arise in connection with the Option or its exercise. Any interpretation, determination or other action made or taken by the Committee regarding the Option Plan or this Option shall be final, binding and conclusive.
