(OPTION) Problem Management. (a) BT will operate a Problem Management process, where Problem Management as a process provides the structure and interlock to take multiple Incidents and seek out the root cause to create a temporary workaround or permanent fix. (b) Where a Problem is identified which has led to a severity P1 Incident with unknown cause, BT will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a report which will detail the following: • Root cause analysis; • Corrective action taken; • Summary of events; • Recommendations for action.
