Option Plan. The terms of the Plan (as applicable to the Executive) and the Option Agreement shall be consistent with the terms set forth in this Agreement, and the Company and its successors shall not have the right to amend the Plan or the Option Agreement in a manner that adversely affects the Executive without the Executive’s prior written consent.
