Option Personal. The Option granted to Tenant is personal to the original Tenant executing the Lease (the “Original Tenant”), and its Affiliates permitted under Section 11 of the Lease, and may be exercised only by the Original Tenant, or its Affiliates, while occupying the entire Premises and without the intent of thereafter assigning the Lease or subletting the Premises and may not be exercised or be assigned, voluntarily or involuntarily, by any person or entity other than the Original Tenant, or its Affiliates. The Option granted to Tenant under the Lease is not assignable separate and apart from the Lease, other than to an Affiliate pursuant to and in accordance with Section 11 of the Lease, nor may the Option be separated from the Lease in any manner, either by reservation or otherwise.
