Option Grant. The Company and the Optionee hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to the grant made by the Company's Board of Directors on March 13, 2000 of an option to purchase an aggregate of 20,000 shares of the common stock, $.0001 par value per share, of the Company ("Common Stock") at an exercise price of $2.50 per share, being equal to the fair market value of such shares of Common Stock on the date of such grant (the "Option").
