Optical Plan. Effective on the effective date of the point of service plans, the University will no longer deduct optical expenses from the child care allowance provided under Article 12A, Section 5, and the following shall apply: All employees who participate in the United Health Care plans shall be covered by the Optical rider for their plan. Employee dependents who are covered by the POS plan will also be covered by the Optical rider as of the date that the employee becomes covered. Benefits will be as follows:
