Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014. If based on this review, such account is identified as a U.S. Reportable Account, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2013 and 2014 in the first report on the Account. Training Assignments The Supervisor or designee may establish written training assignments to enable an employee to gain the additional experience and training required for the job for a period of time not to exceed two years. Assignment Amendments Waiver and Contract Complete 8.1 The Contractor may neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Authority and a fully executed Assignment Agreement, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this Agreement, or their successors in office. Any attempted assignment without said consent shall be void and of no effect. The Authority may assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or a portion of this Agreement in its sole discretion and without the consent of the Contractor. The Contractor shall execute all consents reasonably required to facilitate such assignment or other transfer.
