Common use of Opinion of Maryland Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Maryland Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxx LLP, special Maryland counsel for the Company, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters with respect to such matters as the Representatives shall reasonably request.

Opinion of Maryland Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time, the U.S. Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxx LLPIngersoll, special Maryland counsel for the Company, in a form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the RepresentativesU.S. Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other U.S. Underwriters with respect to such matters as the Representatives shall reasonably requesteffect set forth in Exhibit B hereto.

Opinion of Maryland Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Piper & Xxxx LLPMarbury L.L.P., special Maryland counsel for the Company, in a form reasonably and substance satisfactory to counsel for the RepresentativesUnderwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters with respect to the effect set forth in Exhibit B hereto and to such matters further effect as counsel to the Representatives shall Underwriters may reasonably request. In giving such opinion such counsel may state that their opinion relates only to the laws of the State of Maryland.

Opinion of Maryland Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives Representative shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxx Lovells (US) LLP, special Maryland counsel for the Company, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters with respect to such matters Underwriters, substantially in the form attached as the Representatives shall reasonably requestExhibit D hereto.
