Opinion of Counsel for the Buyer. The Shareholders and the Company shall have received the favorable opinion of Xxxxxx, Arata, McCollam, Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxx, L.L.P., counsel for Buyer, dated the Closing Date, in the form attached as Exhibit 4.2(e).
Opinion of Counsel for the Buyer. The Sellers shall have received an opinion of the Buyer's Counsel, dated the Closing Date, in a form customary for transactions of the nature contemplated by this Agreement. 8.3.5

Opinion of Counsel for the Buyer. HMS and the Seller shall have received the favorable opinion of Davxx & Camxxxxx X.L.C., counsel for the Buyer, dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to HMS and the Seller and their counsel, to the effect that:
