Common use of OPERATOR'S FEE Clause in Contracts

OPERATOR'S FEE. 11.1. The Operator may charge the following sums in return for its head office overhead functions which are not charged directly: (a) with respect to Programs: 10% of all Exploration Costs for work carried out by its employees and 5% of such Exploration Costs for work carried out under contract; (b) with respect to Mine development and Construction: 1% of all Capital Costs; (c) subsequent to the Completion Date: 2% of all Operating Costs. 11.2. The Operator shall submit monthly invoicing of its fees to the Management Committee.
