OPERATOR'S FEE. 5.1 The Optionors in their capacity as operators of the work programs during the Option Period, to be conducted pursuant to §2.2, may charge a fee (the “Operator’s Fee”) equal to ten percent (10%) of Expenditures. 5.2 The Operator’s Fee shall include but not be limited to all of the Optionors’ home office overhead costs and all general and administrative expenses including telephone, faxes, and direct management salaries and wages.
