Common use of OPERATOR'S FEE Clause in Contracts

OPERATOR'S FEE. 11.1 The Operator may charge the following sums in return for its head office overhead functions which are not charges directly: (a) with respect to Programs during the Exploration Period, an administrative fee of five percent (5%) on contract work and ten percent (10%) on internal work; Joint-Venture Agreement Azimut Exploration Inc. & Northwestern Mineral Ventures Inc. (b) with respect to Mine development during the Construction Period: two percent (2%) of all Construction Costs; (c) Subsequent to the Completion Date: two percent (2%) of all Costs incurred after the Completion Date.
