Operator's Facilities Clause Samples

The "Operator's Facilities" clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, and access to the physical locations, equipment, or infrastructure controlled by the operator. Typically, this clause outlines what facilities are included, the standards for upkeep, and any restrictions or permissions regarding their use by other parties, such as employees, contractors, or customers. By clearly delineating these aspects, the clause helps prevent disputes over facility access and ensures that all parties understand their obligations and entitlements regarding the operator's premises or assets.
