Common use of Operator’s Duties Clause in Contracts

Operator’s Duties. Operator agrees to operate the farm in an efficient and workmanlike manner, control weeds and brush in the field, and protect the field from blight, erosion, soil exhaustion, or overgrazing, as may apply. Operator agrees that on termination of the lease, operator will yield prompt possession of the farm to the owner. Tenant shall, if applicable, be responsible for seasonal treating or clearing multi-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or other invasive growth on premises.
