Operator’s Compensation. 3.01 For purposes of this Article, the term “Project Revenues” shall have the meaning and be defined as said term is defined and used in the Sublease. 3.02 For purposes of this Article, the term “Operating Account” shall have the meaning such term is given in the Sublease. The term “Operator’s Compensation” shall mean the amount payable to the Operator under Section 3.04 below.
