Common use of Operators Clause in Contracts

Operators. Each Member agrees to ensure that any operators of its Participating Vessels fully comply with the obligations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement. Each Member further agrees to accept responsibility hereunder for the actions of any such operators that result in a violation of this Agreement.

Each 45 Member further agrees to accept responsibility hereunder for the actions of any such operators 1 that result in a violation of this Agreement.

Each Member further agrees to accept responsibility hereunder for the 11 actions of any such operators that result in a violation of this Agreement.
