Common use of Operator Clause in Contracts

Operator. The interconnection member-consumer shall designate an operator who will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the distributed generation facility and available for communication on a 24 hour per day/7 day per week basis with Cooperative, G&T, the Local Balancing Authority, Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), Southwest Power Pool (SPP), and other applicable entities with jurisdiction over the operation of the Facility and Cooperative's System.
