Operator Status. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Delek-Big Sandy sh▇▇▇ ▇e the operator of the Facilities in all respects, and Delek Refining shall have no power or authority to direct the activities of Delek-Big Sandy or ▇▇ ▇xert control over the operation of the Facilities or any portion thereof.
