OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS. 17 The driver(s), provided by CONTRACTOR to drive a COUNTY Vehicle in the performance of the 18 Agreement, shall possess the following minimum qualifications: 19 A. Regularly employed by CONTRACTOR, at least twenty (20) hours per week and possessing 20 either: 21 1. A valid Class B California Driver's License in order to transport more than ten (10) 22 passengers, including the driver, in a COUNTY Vehicle as designed, used or maintained; or 23 2. A valid Class C California Driver's License in order to transport no more than ten (10) 24 passengers, including the driver, in a COUNTY Vehicle as designed, used or maintained. 25 B. A good driving record, as defined in writing by CONTRACTOR. Such definition shall exclude 26 any history of driving while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, and shall include, but not be 27 limited to, the acceptable frequency and number of moving violations, and his/her ability to document 28 use of a COUNTY Vehicle by maintaining the Log described in Paragraph IV. of this Exhibit B to the 29 Agreement. 30 C. Preferably, experience working with recovering substance abusers. 31 D. Any person(s) regularly assigned to operate a COUNTY Vehicle shall possess: 32 1. knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance; 33 2. knowledge of Orange COUNTY streets and freeways. 34 E.
