Operations Schedule. The Supply Team shall establish a “Rolling 12-Month Operations Schedule” which shall, in any given 12-month period, correspond to the Firm Orders and Semi-Firm Orders during the Term. The Rolling 12-Month Operations Schedule shall include (i) delivery dates for and quantities of Components and API, (ii) production scheduling, (iii) Release dates for each Batch of Bulk and Finished Product, (iv) Batch sizes, (v) Delivery Dates, and (vi) such other information as the Supply Team deems desirable for managing the production of Bulk and Finished Product. The Rolling 12-Month Operations Schedule shall be used by the Parties in planning and coordination of production and the Parties shall communicate and cooperate in good faith to ensure that such schedule is as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

(i) Hours of Work
(a) All employees appointed to Schedule "A" positions are required to participate in a standby roster.
(b) Any alterations to rosters will only be in exceptional circumstances and with the approval of the Field Supervisor.
(c) Employees not on standby roster in a particular week will work ordinary hours of work (paid at single time AWR) between the span of 7am to 5.30 pm in accordance with the provisions of the Hunter Water Corporation Employees (State) Award 1999 but subject to Clause 2.5 (k) meal breaks, of this agreement. Employees rostered to standby in a particular week will work ordinary hours of work (paid at single time AWR) from 9.30am to 6.00pm excepting Level 5 employees who will work 9.30am to 6.00pm normally and 10.30am to 7.00pm during the period October to March (Monday to Friday). This latter arrangement relating to Level 5 employees will be reviewed after the initial trial period relating to the change in roster frequency for them, refer Clause 2.4(iv)(a). For time worked in excess of these hours - see excess hours bank (EHB).
Operations Schedule. USPS may mix the two splits into no more than one ULD at each origin solely to prevent this split from creating additional partial ULDs.
