Operations & Maintenance Service. WiredWest will operate and maintain the Network and perform necessary repairs to Network components through WiredWest’s subcontractors. Such service includes but is not limited to periodic inspection of physical plant, monitoring of the Network, and tree trimming required to minimize outages from falling trees and tree limbs. Operations and maintenance service also includes Scheduled Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance and repair of any physical damage to the Network.
